Taking the initial step requires bravery. I delight to accompany you on your journey to a more meaningful and satisfying life. I approach psychotherapy in an integrated and holistic style that recognizes the interdependence of mind, body, and emotional wellness. I offer a secure and supportive environment where you can explore your emotions and express yourself. My practice is founded on respect, compassion, and empathy. I'll also challenge you with a simple, yet supportive and nonjudgmental approach to assist and guide you on your journey of self-discovery while building your emotional intelligence.

I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with EMDR training and clinical experience in working with couples. I also specialize in working with mood disorders such as anxiety, panic, and depression, as well as relationship challenges and life transitions. I take an integrative approach to therapy, utilizing evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, and Attachment-Based Therapy.

I am a straightforward and active therapist. Clients have described my style as "warm, engaging, real, and effective." I collaborate with you to develop an authentic, trustworthy relationship while including curiosity, humor, and optimism into practice. I provide a free 15-minute phone consultation.
